Park District
The Jericho Underhill Park District (JUPD) owns, operates and manages Mills Riverside Park. The JUPD Board of Trustees is comprised of seven community members from Jericho and Underhill who are responsible for making all management decisions. Many of these decisions are based on the conservation easement that permanently protects this scenic land and its sensitive wildlife habitats along with providing recreational enjoyment. The Park is funded from a combination of town taxes for operations, fund raising and volunteer energy.
